Account and Data Deletion

Here is how to delete your account and all associated data from the Gratitude Diary app.

Option 1: Delete Directly in the App

  1. Open the Gratitude Diary app and sign in to your account.
  2. Tap the Settings (⚙) tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of the Settings screen.
  4. Select "Delete" in the confirmation dialog.
  5. Select "Permanently Delete" in the final confirmation dialog.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing us.

Please include: The email address associated with your account

Email requests will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Data That Will Be Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted when your account is removed.

Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. All deleted data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming.
